Partner WOD for Time:
- 150 Wall balls
- 150 Pull-ups
While partner (a) is doing wall balls, partner (b) has to do a 100m run before taking over on the wall balls
Then when you have done 150 wall balls as a team start the Pull-ups
While partner (a) is doing Pull-ups, partner (b) has to do a 150m row before taking over on the pull-ups.
